Our master artisan producer prepares carefully selected, boneless Hungarian pork using a traditional recipe: naturally smoked over beechwood, slowly, gently, and completely free from additives. Delicately smoked with a beautiful marbled texture, this tender cut rivals even the finest Easter hams. It's exceptionally versatile - perfect under a rustic scrambled egg, rolled into hearty meat dishes, or showcased on an elegant cold platter.
Free from nitrites, nitrates, and flavor enhancers, and made without quick-curing or artificial aging methods, it's a wonderful choice for anyone with allergies or food sensitivities. A pure, honest delicacy - crafted with care, made to be savored.

Seasoning: Additive free salt.

Nutritional value / 100g: 20g protein, 35g fat, 0,1g carbohydrate.

Shelf life: In the original vacuum foil frozen for 6 months, stored in a dry, cool place for 2-3 weeks. Its shelf life during storage can be significantly affected by desiccation.
